How do I unlink a supplier's User and Supplier Organization ANID?

How do I unlink a Supplier's User and unlink Supplier Organization ANID?


Resolution

Members of the Customer Administration or SM Ops Administrator group can unlink Supplier Users and Supplier Organiziations. To gather the supplier user details (In Public status) who needs to be unlinked from the supplier organization:

  1. On the dashboard page click Manage > Administration.
  2. Click Supplier and Customer Manager > Users.
  3. Search for the supplier user who you want to unlink.
  4. Copy the details of the unique username from the UserID field in the supplier search result or from the User Name field on the user details page.

Unlinking supplier user from the supplier organization:

  1. On the dashboard page click Manage > Administration.
  2. Click Network Account Link Manager > Unlink Supplier User.
  3. Paste the username of the supplier copied from the steps above and click Search.
  4. Check the supplier user details then click Unlink.
  5. Click OK to confirm unlinking.

Once the user is unlinked the status of the UserID will be changed from Public to Private.

Make sure you unlink all the users in Public status before unlinking the ANID of the supplier organization. Then, you can follow the same steps above while searching for the ANID of the organization instead of a username.
