I have hidden a purchase (PO) order in my Workbench > Orders. Is there a way of unhidding it?

How can I unhide a PO in my Workbench?

In order to unhide an order, follow the steps below:

1. Click Workbench > Orders
2. Find the order you want to unhide by its number
3. Under the Actions column, click Unhide

In case you don't know the order number to search it by exact number, you can also use the filters available to search for your order to unhide it. In that case, ensure you select All or Only hidden orders in the View field.

Hiding POs is a useful resource if you don't want to see them anymore since these documents cannot be deleted.

There are other reasons why a PO may not be visible for you, though, such as not having a trading relationship with this customer or the PO being older than one year.
