User locked out from SAP Business Network for providing an incorrect Multifactor Authentication (MFA) passcode multiple times.
1.If you are a sub-user in SAP Business Network, Contact your account administrator in SAP Business Network. This person has the ability to unlock your account, so you can access SAP Business Network again.
2.If you are a supplier admin user in SAP Business Network, Contact SAP Business Network Customer Support to get help. If you are a buyer admin user, ask your DSC to contact SAP buyer support team to get help.
When Multifactor Authentication (MFA) is enabled for an organization, users must install an authenticator application such as SAP Authenticator from iTunes (for iOS devices) or from Google Play (for Android devices) in their hand-held devices to generate a time-based verification code (also called time-based one-time password).
Note that only your account administrator can enable MFA for login in SAP Business Network.
