How can I unlock / regain access / log in to my account after being locked out due to Multifactor Authentication (MFA)?
User locked out from SAP Business Network for providing an incorrect Multifactor Authentication (MFA) passcode multiple times.
Only the account administrator can enable MFA for login in SAP Business Network.
If you are the account Administrator in SAP Business Network, Contact SAP Business Network Customer Support to get help.
If you are an account sub-user in SAP Business Network, Contact your account administrator. The account administrator has the ability to unlock your account.
When Multifactor Authentication (MFA) is enabled for an organization, users must install an authenticator application such as SAP Authenticator, Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator on their hand-held devices to generate a time-based verification code.
