I am getting the following error message when checking Transaction Tracker in Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG): CIG-PLT-04640

The error CIG-PLT-04640 happens in different scenarios, below are the common issues related to this message:

  • Unable to post master data to Ariba Procurement from CIG.
