ServiceEntrySheet (SES) StatusUpdateRequest (SUR) documents fails in Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) Transaction Tracker with below error message:
Error: Can not find document with documentID XXXXXX and documentDate XXXX-XX-XXTXX:XX:XX+XX:XX. Please contact support with the Error Reference Number: ANERR-XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.
Please follow below steps in your ERP to match the document date related to SES referenced in the SUR to the actual creation date of SES on Ariba Network (AN) when doing the SES acceptance/revoke:
The error message is occurring because the document date related to the SES referenced in the SUR is not the correct one. The SUR document date should have the same date as SES creation date of AN (when doing the SES acceptance/revoke).
For example, the document date is referenced as 2020-05-28 in CIG, however the SES on AN side was created on 2020-04-13, causing a mismatch and hence the ANERR error message.
