Invoice Status Update Request fails due to the Error: Can not find document with documentID XXXXX
Symptom
Invoice StatusUpdateRequest documents fails with error the following error: Can not find document with documentID XXXXX
Cause
- There is not any document in your Business Network Account with the same ID that was referenced in the StatusUpdateRequest document.
- The document referenced in the StatusUpdateRequest exists in the Business Network account but it belongs to a different Supplier
- The document date related to the Invoice referenced in the SUR is not the correct one.
Resolution
The Buyer needs to verify if document ID is correct so it matches an existing document in their Business Network account or fix the credentials where the StatusUpdateRequest document is being generated to so it references the correct Supplier account and correct document date.
