Why extension segments and/or other segments are not showing up when mapped using Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) mapping tool?

This behavior exists for all segments that are not mapped by standard.

To perform a mapping using these fields, please follow the below steps:

  1. Sign in CIG.
  2. Click My Configuration > Mappings.
  3. Edit the respective mapping, the PO_EXTENSIONIN appears in PurchaseOrderExportRequest for example.
  4. Click with right button in PO_EXTENSIONIN > Create/Replace Node.

Sometimes there is a field that is mapped by standard but there are some conditions that don't match with the inbound payload. For these cases, we also need to add the Create/Replace Node Function.
