How do I enable Managed Gateway for Spend&Network as a supplier?

You can enable Managed Gateway for Spend&Network by following the below steps:

1. Sign in to the SAP Business Network.
2. In the top right corner, click [your initials] and select Settings > Electronic Order Routing.
3. Under External System Configuration, click Configure SAP Integration Suite, managed gateway for spend management and SAP Business Network (non-native integration).
4. Check the box for Enable Managed Gateway for Spend&Network.
5. Click Save.

If the option to enable Managed Gateway for Spend&Network is disabled for your user, contact your administrator to request the permissions Managed Gateway for Spend&Network Access and Managed Gateway for Spend&Network Configuration be added to your user's role.
