How to handle custom fields in Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) Mapping Tool?

To perform mappings in Custom or extrinsic fields, please follow the steps below:

1. Select the Extrinsic or Custom segment from sourcing which you want to apply the function and map to a target field
2. Right click on the mapping line and choose Add Source Condition
3. Click @name field > Value
4. Insert the desired condition value
5. Click OK

• The Custom node mentioned at step 1 should be the Custom segment under custom node. For example CustomString segment. To see the available custom field to be used in the mapping tool, follow the article Why my custom fields are not available in Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) Mapping Tool?  
• If the target segment has multiple line items, follow the steps mentioned in the article Why target field is showing multiple values if I have more than one line item?
