Issue

While using task processor KU Coordinator while creating a Quality Notification and I am getting the bellow error in Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG):

Invalid Document:Attribute "processorType" with value "" must have a value from the list "customer supplier customerUser ". at line x, column x. Suggested Action : Document Failed in Ariba Network.For further assistance, please contact Ariba Support with the code mentioned in Response.CIG Support Error Code : CIG-PLT-00644

Resolution

You can create a quality notification from SAP ERP with the Task processor KU Coordinator. However the document will fail in CIG. This is currently not supported in CIG.

Cause

Based on the current mapping processor type VN, LF and VU are currently available. Any addition or changes needs to be handled as an Improvement Request.
