OrganizationChangeMessage documents fail in Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) with the following error:

Error: No Standard Mapping available for the Buyer <ANxxxxxxxxxxx>.. Suggested Action : Please check if the correct AddOn Version has been provided for Basic Data in your CIG Profile. Click on your profile Name -> Select Basic Data -> Check and verify Trading Partner System Information. Error Code : CIG-PLT-00613. You must update your End Point settings in Ariba Network (AN) by following the below steps:

1. Click Administration > Configuration.
2. Click Business Application IDs and End Points (cXML and OData Setup).
3. Under the Actions column, click End Points for the System ID to be updated.
4. Click Configure Document Routing.
5. For document type Message for Organization Change, change the selection from All End Points to a different end point in the list.
6. Click OK > Done > Save.

Your AN End Points are configured to send these documents to CIG, but there are no CIG mappings available for this document type as OrganizationChangeMessage is not supported on Cloud Integration Gateway yet.

OrganizationChangeMessage is used by AribaPay. Discover Network uses it to inform AN about changes that suppliers make to their information on Discover's site.

SubscriptionChangeMessage is also not yet supported by Cloud Integration Gateway .
