How do I add users to my organization in API Developer Portal?

Only SAP Ariba Connect users with Designated Support Contact (DSC) access have the ability to access API Developer Portal via SSO login.

• If the user belongs to a Customer account, the cloud administrator of the organization must create an account in One Support Launchpad or User Management tool.
• If the user belongs to a Partner account, the Partner Security Manager (PSM) must create an account with basic access in Manage My Users (MMU) app. For DSC access, please reach out to the current Designated Support Contact (DSC) and have them log an Case in SAP Ariba Connect for the same.
• If a partner user wants to access API Developer Portal for their client, they must be added as a Designated Support Contact (DSC) under the Customer account.

A user can have access to only one account in the API Developer portal with their S-user ID.
