How do I add users to my organization in the API Developer Portal?

Only users with Designated Support Contact (DSC) authorizations for Ariba in SAP for me will be able to access the API Developer Portal via SSO.

• If the user does not have an S-user ID, their company's cloud administrator must create an account and provide them DSC authorizations in SAP for Me.
• If a partner user wishes to access the API Developer Portal for their client, they must have primary and DSC access to the customer account, preferably through an S-user provided by the client.

A user with DSC authorizations can only access one account in the API Developer site using their S-user ID.
