How do I reactivate an organization profile?

To activate an organization profile, please follow the steps below:

1. Click Manage > Administration
2. Click Supplier and Customer Manager > Organizations
3. Click Search > Suppliers and Customers
4. Search for the Organization Name with the Active filter set to Either

You will see the deactivated organization in the results list with the name grayed out. To reactivate, click Actions > Activate.

If an organization profile is inactive, you will be unable to locate users from this organization to invite to a sourcing event.
