How can suppliers use their existing account to access my event?

Sometimes a supplier may have a duplicate user in the Organization Profile. They may be connected to another user in the same Organization Profile. In this case you should only AOD Unlink User.

However, if the Organization Profile has an existing networkid, that does not match the supplier's existing ANID, then, they must create a unique username. For assistance, please refer to Error: "Your company has already connected with this buyer company using a different account and Ariba Network ID (ANID)".

To check the if the Organization Profile has an existing networkid, follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to the Suppliers tab of the event
2. Click the Organization Profile of the supplier
3. Click Actions > Organization IDs

If the Organization IDs does not have a networkid or sourcingnetworkid then a supplier can log in through an invitation link and use their existing account. If the supplier does not have an existing account and chooses to register then Ariba will create a networkid specific to that supplier organization.
