How do I perform a template upgrade in SLP?

Answer

Template upgrades allow you to change the version of a template being used in existing projects. It is meant to be used when you have made necessary changes to a project template that need to be reflected in currently published projects using the previous version of the template.

This upgrade can only be applied to supplier registration projects or modular questionnaires.

To perform a template upgrade:

  1. Click Manage > SM Administration.
  2. On the left, click Template Upgrade.
  3. Select the appropriate Project template and Template title and click Find projects.
  4. To the right of the template needing to be changed, click Upgrade.

NOTE: If you want the supplier to receive a notification that they need to make changes to the updated questionnaire, select the Notify box next to the project version you’re upgrading. This is an all or nothing notification so it will either send to all suppliers on the associated projects or none at all.

Performing a template upgrade will affect all projects using the version of template needing to be upgraded.
