How can I participate in a sourcing event?

You can access a sourcing event to which you have been invited using one of the following methods:

Option 1: Access the event using the invitation link

1. Locate and click the event invitation link received via email from the buyer.
2. If this is your first time accessing the application, select the Create an Account option to register.
3. If you already have an Ariba account, select the Use Existing Account, then enter your credentials to log in.
4. After logging in, you will be redirected directly to the sourcing event or to the Ariba Proposals and Questionnaires page.

Option 2: Access the event through the SAP Business Network portal

1. Navigate to the following website: https://proposals.seller.ariba.com
2. Enter your username and password to sign in.
3. In the upper-left corner of the screen, next to the SAP logo, click the dropdown menu and select Ariba Proposals and Questionnaires.
4. Locate and open the sourcing event you were invited to.
5. If the customer (client) is not visible, click on the More tab to display additional customers linked to your account.

To participate in a sourcing event, you must be invited by the buyer. If you have not received an invitation, please contact the buyer directly to request one.
