How can I participate in a sourcing event?

There are three ways to access a sourcing event for which you have been invited:

1. It can be accessed through an invitation sent by e-mail by the buyer. If this is your first access, when you click on the invitation link, you will have the option to sign up to create an account.
2. If you already have an Ariba account, you will click on the invitation link and select the option "I already have a username and password" to log in, or directly through the portal website.
3. Or through the portal website https://proposals.seller.ariba.com and then enter your username and password.

• Going to the Ariba Proposals and Questionnaires page.

• Within the account in the upper left side of the screen next to SAP, check if "Ariba Proposals and Questionnaires" is displayed. If it is not, click on the arrow and select the option.
• If you do not see the client, click on the "more" tab to view other clients linked to this profile.

To participate in a sourcing event, you must be invited by the buyer. If you have not received an invitation, please contact the buyer directly to request one.
