How do I view my trading relationships?
To view your trading relationships, follow these instructions:
- In the upper-right corner of the application, click [user initials] > Settings and select Customer Relationships.
- View your Current, Pending, and Rejected relationships under each corresponding heading.
If you don't see the Customer Relationships option, it may be related to one of the following causes:
- Your account is not yet linked to a customer. If you don't have access to certain tabs like Orders, Invoices, or Workbench this might be the case. To establish a relationship, provide your Ariba Network (ANID) number to your customer.
- You are a sub-user on your company's SAP Business Network account. Contact administrator to get the Customer Administration permission and be able to view customer relationships.
If you can only see specific customer relationships, the account administrator will have to provide you with permission to view all customer relationships. If you do not know who your account administrator is, please see Who is my company's account administrator?
