How do I view my customer relationships?


Resolution

To view the Customer Relationships, follow the instructions below:

  1. Click [User Initials] > Settings > Customer Relationships.
  2. Click Advanced View.
  3. Click the Current, Pending, or Rejected tab to view the corresponding customer lists.

If you don't see the Customer Relationships option or the existing customer relationship lists, it may be because:

If you can only see specific customer relationships, your account administrator will have to update the customers assigned to your sub-user role.
