Where can I find the list of supported SAP product versions for Ariba Cloud Integration Solutions?

SAP support policy for SAP Integration Suite, managed gateway for spend management and SAP Business Network product is outlined below:

• If your is a new installation or upgrade, Managed Gateway for Spend&Network is currently a supported solution for Ariba Cloud Integration.
• To adhere to the standard SAP support model, SAP will only support the current version (N) and the version preceding the current version (N-1) for Managed Gateway for Spend&Network integrations as described in SAP Note SAP Integration Suite, managed gateway for spend management and SAP Business Network: Supported SAP Product Versions.
• If you are on a Managed Gateway for Spend&Network SP version below N or N-1, you should upgrade to the latest released Managed Gateway for Spend&Network SP to get the benefits of new bug fixes and features.
• Managed Gateway for Spend&Network support packs are released twice every year.

Ariba support policy for Cloud Integration (CI) E.g. CI-9, CI9-SP2 products is outlined below:

• As described in the SAP Note SAP Integration Suite, managed gateway for spend management and SAP Business Network: Supported SAP Product Versions, only break fixes will be supported in the latest CI versions.
