Why can't I see an Orders or Invoices tab?
There are two reasons why you might not see the Orders or Invoices tabs:
- You don't have any customer relationships: Establish a customer relationship to get access to Orders, Invoices, and other transaction documents.
- You are a non-administrator user on your company's account without the proper permissions: Contact your administrator to request access to these tabs. To view your account administrator's contact details, click the [user initials] in the upper-right corner of the application and select Contact Administrator.
