How do I add a Remittance ID to my account?

Answer

To add a Remittance ID to your account, please follow these instructions:

  1. In the upper-right corner of the application, click [user initials].
  2. Click Settings > Remittances.
  3. On the EFT/Check Remittance section, choose Create.
  4. Add the remittance ID number in the white box next to your customer's name.
Additional Information

Remittance IDs are assigned by the customer. If you do not know the remittance ID number, please contact your customer directly.
