Answer

To resolve the issue:

  1. Delete the cookies and browsing history in your Internet browser
  2. Close all browser windows
  3. Open a new browser window, and login to one of the following Ariba solutions:

If the error persists after trying these steps, contact SAP Support.

Make sure to use an Internet browser that is certified by Ariba.
