Why can't I attach a file in my event response?


Resolution

Follow the below steps if you cannot find the option to attach a file in your response:

  1. Ensure you are on the Submit Response step of the checklist, if not please click on that step.
  2. Scroll to the question within the event that requires an attachment as an answer and click the Attach a File link to the right of the question.

If you do not see the Attach a File option across from the question and followed step 1 above, this means your buyer has not made a file the answer type for the question. You can follow the below as alternative options to attach your file:

If you need to attach multiple files within a single response field, please refer to How do I create a ZIP file in order to attach multiple documents at once?. The created ZIP file size should not exceed 100MB.
