• I want to participate in events, but I do not know how to register with SAP Ariba Sourcing.
• I received an event invitation email from a buyer, but I do not know how to create an account.
• I received an event invitation email from a buyer, but I am not sure how to access the event.

Once you receive an invitation from the buyer, follow the Click here link.

If you do not have an SAP Ariba account:

1. Click Create a new account.
2. Fill out all required fields (marked with an asterisk).
3. Click Submit in the bottom right corner.
   • If your company has other existing account(s) on SAP Ariba, a message box with two options will appear:
     • Click Review accounts to see potential existing accounts and contact the administrator of the account.
     • Click Skip review to create a new account if you are confident it is necessary.

If you already have an SAP Ariba account:

1. Click Use an existing account.
2. Enter your SAP Ariba login credentials.
3. Click Continue (do not press Enter on your keyboard).

If the buyer allows self-registration, go to the buyer’s company website and check if there is a Register as a supplier option. Alternatively, you can contact the company directly to request the supplier self-registration URL.

• After successfully connecting with the buyer, go to the SAP Ariba Sourcing Supplier login page to sign in to your account.
  
  
• If you see the following message, click the provided link for assistance: We found existing accounts based on the information you entered. Please review.
  
  
• If you do not have a username associated with the connected ANID, please refer to: Error: "Another user in your organization has already connected to this buyer. Please create a new user."
