How can I find the list of reportable fields for analytical reports?

The SAP Ariba Reporting Field Dictionary is an Excel workbook with detailed information on reportable fields in SAP Ariba reports.
You can download the SAP Ariba reporting field dictionary from the path below:
- In your SAP Ariba application, click the ? (Help) icon in the upper-right corner of the page.
- Navigate to Help Center > Learning > Advanced Reporting and Analysis > Reporting Field Dictionary.
The Instructions tab explains how to read the data. The Field Reference tab shows SAP Ariba reporting fields, which you can filter by Fact Name. The Originating Solution Field shows the transaction field mapped to each reporting field.
Keep in mind that only the fields listed in the Reporting Field Dictionary are available while creating reports.
If you need new standard fields or changes, submit an enhancement request.
Please note that SAP Support cannot create new or edit existing fields.
If the required fields are custom ones, please contact the SAP Services team as per the customization process and they'll make them reportable.
You can also find the Reporting Field Dictionary file in the Help Portal for SAP Ariba Procurement Solutions > Use > Advanced Reporting and Analysis > Reporting Field Dictionary.
You can check the fields description tied to each fact in the Reporting Field Dictionary or by navigating to:
Manage > Administration > Reporting Manager > Facts and Dimensions > expand the Facts and search for the fact/document you are looking for. Some sites don't have this functionality enabled.
