How can I find the list of reportable fields for analytical reports?

The SAP Ariba Reporting Field Dictionary is a Microsoft Excel workbook that provides detailed reference information about the reportable fields in Facts and Dimensions for SAP Ariba analytical reports.

You can download the SAP Ariba reporting field dictionary from the below path:

1. In your SAP Ariba application, click the ? (Help) icon in the upper-right corner of the page.
2. Navigate to Help Center > Learning > Advanced Reporting and Analysis > Reporting Field Dictionary.

The Instructions tab in the workbook describes how to read the data in the dictionary. The Field Reference tab shows field information for SAP Ariba reporting facts. You can filter by the first column, Fact Name, to display information on specific facts. The Originating Solution Field shows you the name of the field from the transaction side to which the reporting field is mapped to.

Keep in mind that only the fields listed in the Reporting Field Dictionary are available while creating reports. If you would like to request additional fields or changes to existing fields, you will have to raise an enhancement request. Please note that SAP Support cannot create new or edit existing fields.
