What is the current process for customization requests?

As of November 14th 2022, SAP Ariba Product Support no longer handles the creation or modification of new or existing Customization or Custom Fields.

If the creation or modification of new or existing Customizations or Custom Fields is needed, then the Custom Field Package for SAP Ariba solutions must be purchased from the SAP Store. A feasibility check, or customization inquiry, may be completed prior by purchasing the Custom Field Package for SAP Ariba solutions.

The SAP Store – Customization Template for SAP Ariba Solutions:

• Is a requirement for requesting a feasibility check/customization review.
• Works for all SAP Ariba solutions (excluding SAP Business Network for Supply Chain Collaboration), and detailed instructions are embedded within the document that explain how to properly complete the document before submitting it for review.
