What is the current process for customization requests?
How do I submit a request for customizations in my SAP Ariba solution?
As of November 14, 2022, creation of new customizations or custom fields, or the modification of existing customizations or custom fields, for SAP Ariba solutions are no longer handled by Product Support.
If new customizations or custom fields, or modification of existing customizations or custom fields, are needed then the Custom field package for SAP Ariba solutions must be purchased from the SAP Store. More instructions about purchasing the Custom field package can be found in the SAP Article Custom field package for SAP Ariba solutions via SAP Store.
A feasibility check, or customization inquiry, may be completed prior to purchasing the Custom field package for SAP Ariba solutions so that customers are sure their desired customizations or custom fields are possible.
