How do I reset Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for a user who requires a new time-based verification code?

A supplier user is accessing the authenticator app with a new device that has not been configured for MFA.
As the SAP Business Network account administrator, you can reset the MFA activation QR code for a user who cannot proceed past the time-based verification screen. This can occur when a supplier user is attempting to login to SAP Business Network with a new device that was not previously setup for Multi-Factor Authentication.
To generate a new QR code for your supplier user to setup MFA on a new device, follow the steps below:
After the MFA has been reset, the supplier user can begin the setup process:
The next time that the user accesses SAP Business Network, they will be prompted to enter the time-based verification code at login.
