How do I unsubscribe from SAP Ariba notifications?

The notifications that you are receiving are due to an active SAP Business Network, SAP Ariba Proposals and Questionnaires, or SAP Business Network Discovery account that has your email address associated with it. It is necessary to complete a few steps to stop receiving notifications.

To unsubscribe from Business Network Account Notifications:

• Log into your account at https://supplier.ariba.com.
• You can retrieve your username or request a password reset by clicking on the "Forgot Username or Password" link.
• Once logged in, Click on [User Initials] in the top right-hand corner > Settings > Notifications.
• Modify the email addresses and/or de-select the check box if applicable for the General, Network, Discovery, and Messaging tabs.
  • Keep in mind the changes will not save if you do not click Save when navigating between these tabs.
• Click Save.
  • If you are no longer actively using an Ariba Account, please follow the steps for How do I delete my Business Network account .

To unsubscribe from Ariba Proposals and Questionnaires Event Specific Notifications, you will need to contact the customer that is sending them and request that they remove you as a contact for the account.

If you received an SAP Ariba marketing or Discovery e-mail, please use the "unsubscribe" link in the email to opt-out from future communications.

If you do not have access to an SAP Business Network, SAP Ariba Proposals and Questionnaires, or SAP Business Network Discovery Account, you will first need to gain access in order to expire the account.
