Support for ending collaboration on requisitions with invoiced or received lines
Feature ID

OPCCC-1076

Feature Description

In a collaborative requisition, clicking End Collaboration results in an attempt to delete requisition lines for which there is no response from the supplier. In the case of requisitions that have lines that are already invoiced, or are partially or fully received in the previous version, users could not end the collaboration in the new version if those lines had no response from the supplier. This feature introduces an option to force the collaboration on a requisition to end in such cases. Forcing the collaboration to end does not delete the lines with no response from the supplier. They will be marked as non-collaborative lines and collaboration will be completed.

Customer Problem

For collaborative requisitions involving items that have previously been received or invoiced but have no new response from the supplier, clicking on End Collaboration was logging the user out of the system without any warning or error.

This was confusing and disruptive to their user experience.

Customer Value Proposition

Now ending the re-collaboration request with no supplier response for items that have previously been received or invoiced will no longer log the user out of the application.

The system will update the user with a message indicating that the collaboration request cannot be ended since lines for which response from supplier have not been received are invoiced/received lines of the requisition and cannot be deleted.

This does not allow the user to end the collaboration. However, the user is returned to the PR in composing state and can create a new collaboration request.

Please note that re-collaboration requests that are successful will appear for the supplier on the previous Purchase Order in the Ariba Network, not in the Collaboration Request list.
