Why extension segments and/or other segments are not showing up when mapped using SAP Integration Suite, managed gateway for spend management and SAP Business Network mapping tool?

This behavior exists for all segments that are not mapped by standard.

To perform a mapping using these fields, please follow the below steps:

1. Sign in to Managed Gateway for Spend&Network.
2. Click My Configuration > Mappings.
3. Edit the respective mapping, the PO_EXTENSIONIN appears in PurchaseOrderExportRequest for example.
4. Click with the right button in PO_EXTENSIONIN > Create/Replace Node.

Sometimes, a field is mapped by standard, but some conditions don't match the inbound payload. For these cases, we also need to add the Create/Replace Node Function.
