# I cannot register because the First and Last Name fields are blank

## Symptom

- I am unable to register for Fieldglass because the First and Last Name fields are blank
- I cannot input information into the First and Last Name fields

## Resolution

Your registration invitation needs to be resent. Please reach out to your staffing or contracting agency to request that they resend your invitation. If you need urgent help, please [contact the Fieldglass helpdesk](https://support.ariba.com/item/view/212605) and we can resend your invitation.
