I need to check who created an invoice in my supplier SAP Ariba Business Network account.

The information about who created an invoice is visible in the History tab of the invoice in the supplier account.

You can view this information by following these steps:

1. Log in to your supplier SAP Ariba Business Network account.
2. Click Invoices tab > Invoices to view all invoices.
3. Enter the invoice number in the Invoice number field.
4. Check the Exact match radio button below the invoice number.
5. Click Apply.
6. Open the invoice by clicking on the invoice number that appeared as a search result.
7. Click History tab.
8. See who created the invoice in the Submitted By field.

If the Submitted By field is blank, it means that the person who created the invoice is no longer a user of the account. If you need to know who that user was, please contact SAP Ariba support.
