# Worker registration Error: Your registration code has been locked

## Symptom

- I am a worker, or a supplier registering on behalf of a worker
- When I click the registration link, I receive Error: Your registration code has been locked

## Resolution

###### If you are a **worker** and encounter this error, please contact your Staffing Agency or the [Program Management Office (PMO)](https://support.fieldglass.com/Help_Center/Fieldglass/item/KB0345819) for assistance. They will need to resend the invitation to you.

###### If you are a supplier or buyer user with the appropriate permissions, you can resend the invitation to the worker:

1. Click **Work Order** > Search for the specific Work Order
2. Click **Actions** > **Resend Invitation**

The worker will receive a new invitation via email, allowing them to complete the registration process
