I'm trying to download all the transactional data from my SAP Business Network account, but I'm not finding a way to. I tried to download via reports, but they have limitations that don't allow me to download what I need.

Prerequisites

• You are assigned a role with the Download Current Transactions permission.
• The age of a document is based on its creation date or the date of its last status update, whichever is later.
• To receive an email notification when requested documents are ready for download, the administrator needs to set up notifications.
• After your download request is processed, you have 7 days to download ZIP files for the requested transaction documents. After that, the ZIP files are deleted.
• The original transaction documents are unaffected and remain on SAP Business Network.

Follow the steps below to download:

1. On the Home page of your Business Network account click on Quick Links.
2. Select Current Transactions.
3. Select a start date and an end date for transaction documents. The date range can be up to 90 days.
4. Click Request.
5. After your request is processed, you should receive an email notification informing you whether ZIP files are available for download.
6. If ZIP files are available, click on Quick Links and Current Transactions again.
7. To download a ZIP file, go to the Action column and click the Download icon.
