# How can I download the transactional data of my Business Network account?

## Symptom

I'm trying to download all the transactional data from my SAP Business Network account, but I'm not finding a way to. I tried to download via reports, but they have limitations that don't allow me to download what I need.

## Environment

SAP Business Network

## Resolution

Prerequisites

- You are assigned a role with the Download Current Transactions permission.
- The age of a document is based on its creation date or the date of its last status update, whichever is later.
- To receive an email notification when requested documents are ready for download, the administrator needs to set up notifications.
- After your download request is processed, you have 7 days to download ZIP files for the requested transaction documents. After that, the ZIP files are deleted.
- The original transaction documents are unaffected and remain on SAP Business Network.

Follow the steps below to download:

1. On the Home page of your Business Network account click on **Quick Links**.
2. Select **Current Transactions**.
3. Select a start date and an end date for transaction documents. The date range can be up to 90 days.
4. Click **Request**.
5. After your request is processed, you should receive an email notification informing you whether ZIP files are available for download.
6. If ZIP files are available, click on **Quick Links** and **Current Transactions** again.
7. To download a ZIP file, go to the **Action** column and click the **Download** icon.
