# My Fieldglass Invitation takes me to the sign in page or does not complete

## Symptom

- I am a Worker and I have been invited to join Fieldglass, but when I click on my registration link I am taken to the sign in page
- My invitation link is not working as expected and I cannot register
- When I fill out the registration, I am taken back to the blank registration form again

## Cause

The invitation link may have expired or been used already. Each invitation only allows you to register once, so if you have already signed up or if your staffing agency has signed up for you, the link will not work.

## Resolution

- Please double check with your Staffing Agency to confirm whether they have registered on your behalf.
  - They should also be able to resend your invitation from your Work Order if it has expired.
  - If your Staffing Agency has selected that they would register on your behalf, any invitations previously sent to you will expire.
    - They will need to change the option that says **Register on Behalf of Worker?** back to **No** in order to send the registration link back to you.
- You can also click **Need sign in assistance?** on the sign in page and select **Resend Invitation** if you think your link may have expired
- Select **Forgot Username** to see if an account has already been created for you.
