How do I add users to my organization in the API Developer Portal?
Only users with Ariba authorizations in SAP for me will be able to access the API Developer Portal via SSO. Please note that only your company's cloud administrator for Ariba will be able to add users in Developer portal.
1. Login to API Developer portal
2. Click on Manage and then select Users.
3. Click the + sign, which will redirect you to the SAP for Me page.
4. Verify whether the user has an S-user ID. If not, please refer to How does an administrator create or delete S-user IDs? for instructions on creating an S-user ID.
5. Once the S-user ID is created, grant the following authorizations by selecting the user and then click on pencil icon which is present under Authorizations:
Authorizations needed for Developer role.
Authorizations needed for Organization Admin Role.
After assigning the necessary authorizations, save your changes and ask the user to log in to the Developer Portal by enabling How to enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
