# How do I cancel my Business Network, Promote subscription?

## Symptom

How do I cancel my **Business Network, Promote** subscription? I do not want to renew my promote subscription.

## Resolution

After purchasing **Business Network, Promote**, your subscription is valid for one year and will be auto-renewed.

To cancel the automatic renewal:

1. Click **Store** at the top of the page.
2. Click **View my subscription**, under the **Subscriptions** tab, you will see your promote subscription details.
3. Click blue trash can icon under **Action**.
4. Review and click **Confirm**.

Alternatively, you can go directly to the **[Service Subscriptions](https://support.ariba.com/item/view/KB0394022)** page to cancel it.

No refunds will be granted after your **Business Network, Promote** subscription is cancelled. If you cancel a promote subscription before the renewal date, your account will still have access to all promote subscription benefits until the renewal date.
