When I try to log in, it does not work and goes back to the same login page without showing any alerts or notifications.
Symptom
After entering your username and password and pressing Log In, the page loads and simply returns to the same login page without indicating any alert or error related to their login credentials.
Cause
This inconvenience occurs when trying to log in through an expired link sent by the client that the provider has already used before successfully.
Resolution
To log in correctly, you must follow the following steps to log in outside of the email link:
- Access the SAP Ariba main page at https://service.ariba.com/
- Enter your username
- Enter your password
- Press Log In
If your credentials are correct, you should be able to access the SAP Ariba home page without any problems.
