How can I upgrade, downgrade, or renew my Promote subscription?

After you purchase your SAP Business Network promote subscription, your subscription is valid for one year and will be auto renewed. To view your Promote subscription details:

1. Sign into your SAP Business Network supplier account.
2. Click [user initials].
3. Click Service Subscriptions.
4. On the Service Subscriptions page to view your SAP Business Network, promote subscription details.
5. Click the delete icon next to your promote subscription to cancel the renewal of your annual SAP Business Network, promote subscription.
