How to update bank information on my Ariba supplier account


Resolution

There are two ways to update the bank information on your supplier account. It can be updated either on the Supplier Registration Questionnaire or on the Customer Requested tab on the Company Profile.

To update the bank information on the Supplier Registration Questionnaire:

  1. Access the Ariba Proposals and Questionnaires page
  2. Click on the name of the customer for whom you want to update the bank information
  3. Click on the Supplier Registration Questionnaire
  4. Click on Revise Response
  5. Update the fields related to the bank details item
  6. After filling in the details, click on submit entire response to send the changes.

You can only update the bank details in the Supplier Registration Questionnaire if it is in open status. If the deadline has expired, you must contact the customer to request reopening.

To update the bank information on the Customer Requested Tab on Company Profile:

  1. Access your account menu and click on Company Profile.
  2. Click on the option Customer Requested in the left corner of the screen.
  3. Click on your client's name to open the form.
  4. Update the fields related to the bank details item.
  5. Click on submit to save your changes.

To access the form on your company profile, you must be an admin user or have permissions granted by your admin to review and update your company profile.
