How to update bank information on my Ariba supplier account
There are two ways to update the bank information on your supplier account. It can be updated either on the Supplier Registration Questionnaire or on the Customer Requested tab on the Company Profile.
To update the bank information on the Supplier Registration Questionnaire:
You can only update the bank details in the Supplier Registration Questionnaire if it is in open status. If the deadline has expired, you must contact the customer to request reopening.
To update the bank information on the Customer Requested Tab on Company Profile:
To access the form on your company profile, you must be an admin user or have permissions granted by your admin to review and update your company profile.
