Error: "Another user in your organization already connected to this buyer" when Supplier tries to log into an Event/Questionnaire.

You normally encounter this error message when there are two supplier organizations (ANID) created on Ariba. One of them already linked to the buyer, and the other account is not.

When buyer sends an invite or questionnaire, they create a new user account to the Ariba Network ID (ANID) already linked, but the account that supplier want to access is the one that have a different ANID and is not linked yet.

To be able to access the event/questionnaire. Suppliers have two options:

1. Request the buyer to send a new invitation that is not linked previously to an Ariba Network ID (ANID)
2. Create a new account.

If supplier create a new account, this new user will be linked with ANID already vinculate with buyer.

Hence supplier will have two different account with two different ANID.
