The supplier user log into the system, would like to access Ariba Proposals&Questionnaires to participate into a tender or a questionnaire. However, the user is prompted to complete requested information by one of their customers. So, the user clicks Complete Requested Information, then the system takes the user to Company Profile section. And the user found the message The Company Profile is not accessible.

The supplier user is not authorized by their administrator to view or update Company Profile.

The issue is because you are using a sub-user account without the necessary permissions. To resolve this, please ask your account administrator to change your account roles and grant you the Customer Administration Permission by following below steps.

1. Sign into your account
2. Click Profile in the top-right corner
3. Click Users tab > Manage Users
4. Scroll down to find _ARIBA_SOURCING_ACCESS_CUSTOM_ROLE_ and click it
5. Tick the box Show me all the available permissions
6. Find Company Information permission, tick it > Click Save.
