# Why nothing happens after responding to reCAPTCHA while creating a new account?

## Symptom

Upon responding to the reCAPTCHA and indicating that I am not a robot, nothing happens and I am unable to proceed with the new account creation.

## Cause

Some configuration of the browser or device in use is preventing reCAPTCHA from functioning correctly.

## Resolution

We recommend:

- Deleting the browser's temporary Internet files, cookies, cache, and history regularly for optimal performance.
