How to track users added or removed from groups in Ariba?
- Users were added or removed from Groups;
- Is there any way we can get logs of groups/Roles assigned to any user?
To check which users were added or removed from a Group, you can use the Manage > Administration > Intelligent Configuration Manager > Audit Log feature.
Use the following filters to refine your search:
- Event Type: Generic Action
- Application: Buyer (Sourcing if sourcing only customer)
- From: [desired start date]
- To: [desired end date]
- Event Category: BusinessCritical
- Operation: User removed from Group or User added to Group (case-sensitive)
You can also use the search bar to filter results by specific User ID or Group name to locate the information you need more quickly.
The result list will show the user who made the changes. The Description field will also include details about which users were added or removed and the affected group.
