# What URL do suppliers and workers use in SAP Fieldglass?

## Symptom

- A supplier or worker cannot find the correct URL to sign in to SAP Fieldglass
- A buyer wants to know what URL to communicate to their supplier and worker users
- A supplier or worker receives the error: *You are not authorized to log into this area. Please proceed to your default SAP Fieldglass gateway*

## Cause

Suppliers and workers sign in to the SAP Fieldglass Network using a URL that is different from the one buyers use. Each buyer company has a unique URL, while suppliers and workers use a shared regional network URL.

Using the wrong URL is a common cause of the gateway authorization error. This can happen when:

- A timesheet page has been bookmarked instead of the sign-in page
- The Back button was used after registration or a password reset, landing on the buyer gateway instead of the supplier or worker gateway

## Resolution

Buyer users sign in using a company-specific URL in the format:

- \<company code>.\<region>.fieldglass.cloud.sap

Example: abc1.us.fieldglass.cloud.sap

Supplier and worker users sign in to the SAP Fieldglass Network using the regional URL for their instance:

Note: During application use, supplier and worker users may be redirected to the buyer's company-specific URL when accessing buyer data. This is expected behaviour.
