The Initiative Assignee is not able to see the Create Guided Sourcing Project Button in the Strategy and Plan Document that was created by another user in SAP Ariba Category Management
If the logged-in user is not a Lead Category Manager or has not created the Plan, it is expected that they will not see the 'Create Guided Sourcing Project' button.
Also IAS is highly recommended for user authentication instead of Default IDP.
Ensure that all users will be stored and authenticated in IAS and also all IAS users will be replicated to Category Management database by following this steps : User Replication Setup and Configuration
For each of your SAP BTP subaccounts, establish an OpenID Connect trust to the Identity Authentication service tenant. Follow instructions described in Establishing Trust Automatically.
To see the 'Create Guided Sourcing' button under an initiative, you must be a Lead Category Manager.
If you are not a Lead Category Manager but have the Category Manager role under Team Members, you need to create the Plan to see the 'Create Guided Sourcing' option.
