Downloading the SAP Region Codes of a realm which appears under the State/Province/Region field of extended address.

By default, SAP Ariba provides out of the box region codes and you can use below steps to download it.

1. In the Ariba site, navigate to Manage > Administration
2. Choose SM Manager > SAP Region Upload or Download
3. On the SAP Region Upload or Download tab click Download
4. Download the exported file under SAP Region Upload or Download Status tab
5. Unzip the file (Two files T005S.XLSX and T005U.XLSX would be present).
